Silver Letters Inspired By An Art Deco Alphabet

When I bought an iPad in 2016 I planned to teach myself to draw. It’s a skill that takes a lifetime to master. Ten years later, I’m still learning and drawing. And, in 2016, I used the iPad to draw letters. I was trained as a lettering artist for a greeting card company. I liked to play with letters. Not sure what prompted me to draw letters in different styles. I had a book that was full of letters from years, decades, and centuries past. Samples from the book got me to explore different styles. This sample came from an alphabet from the Art Deco period, maybe. Wherever it came from it was a fun exploration. In fact I created more letters in this style.
